Vice President of Clinical


Constellation Health Services is seeking a Vice President of Clinical.  In this role you will be responsible for providing comprehensive direction, oversight and leadership for the clinical operations and care initiative.  This position will be responsible for the development, implementation and evaluation of clinical short and long-term goals and objectives, with a strong emphasis on enhancing clinical outcomes, value, quality and patient experience. 


Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited RN, PT, ST or OT program.
  • Previous experience in upper-level management of home care/hospice required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing or therapy experience.
  • The employee has the required licensure, education, training, and qualifications required by rule, regulation, law and/or statute to qualify for the role in their state.
  • Knowledge of rules and regulations of participation in a Medicare certified home health/hospice agency preferred.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction for clinical operations, aligning strategies with organizational goals and industry best practices.
  • Foster a culture of quality, compliance, and continuous improvement in clinical services.
  • Develop and implement operational plans in collaboration with the VP of Operations to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, accreditation requirements, and internal policies while driving initiatives to enhance clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
  • Establish and monitor quality assurance programs, conduct audits, and evaluate organizational efficiency to optimize productivity and maintain high standards of clinical care.
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing clinical leadership team, and standardize clinical policies and procedures across the organization.
