Vice President of Growth


Constellation Health Services is seeking a Vice President of Growth.   In this role you will be responsible for expanding the customer base, market share and new business development both directly and via a sales team.  This position will lead the sales team of all sites in existence, acquired, added to the organization in the development of existing and cultivation of new referral sources.


Qualifications:

  • BS or MS degree in business or health related field.
  • Five (5) plus years of previous sales and/or marketing experience with measurable results.
  • Previous sales leadership of home care/hospice is required.
  • Effective organizational, communication, customer service and “closing” skills are required.
  • Demonstrated in-depth sales and marketing techniques and financial principles.


Responsibilities:

  • Plans and implements sales, marketing and business development programs, both short and long range, targeted toward existing and new markets.
  • Develop and implements strategic marketing and new business development plans and forecasts to achieve company objectives for services.
  • Develops and manages sales/marketing operating budgets.
  • Partners with the Senior Leadership Team to provide site support in an aligned manner
  • Trella Health Power User (Marketscape and CRM).
  • Strategic Planning collaborating with EVP of Business Development, Senior Partners & Director of Affiliate Growth.
  • Oversight of the Sales Teams of Programs assigned (qualifying factors that may include but not limited to): Census or Special Project.
  • Transition of Sales/Program oversight from M&A or to Executive oversight based on determinants such as census size, stability of processes and age of the site.
  • Travel is required based on need and coordination is expected with Executive & Senior Leadership teams.
  • Incentives based on revenue driven metrics (admissions/patient days).
  • Will perform other duties as assigned.
