Sales Engineer for Industrial Solutions
As a Sales Engineer for Industrial Solutions, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling conveyor belting and industrial rubber products. You will collaborate closely with the Regional Vice President (Sales) and be an integral part of the Sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting lead generation through cold calls, while traveling across the designated territory to engage with new, existing, and potential clients.
  • Exhibiting product expertise using samples or catalogs to enhance customer understanding.
  • Assessing customer equipment and product requirements through comprehensive surveys.
  • Providing accurate pricing and drafting sales contracts for both new and existing clientele.
  • Coordinating with inside sales representatives and support staff to maintain up-to-date account activities.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with purchasing contacts.
  • Ensuring timely submission of necessary information for national account reporting.
  • Delivering estimated delivery dates to customers and addressing any delivery-related issues.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree is highly preferred.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of sales experience, with a strong preference for industrial sales experience.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information in various settings.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Physical ability to lift heavy materials, particularly during initial training.
  • Flexibility to perform occasional bending, stooping, and arm rotation, along with frequent pushing, pulling, sitting, standing, reaching, and some climbing.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities and a positive team-oriented attitude.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong customer focus.
  • Agility in learning and adapting to new situations.
  • Commitment to delivering on promises and driving innovation.
  • Ability to foster relationships through collaboration.
