Overview:

Guest Services Assistant Manager

It is the responsibility of Assistant Guest Services Manager to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction in managing the areas of Bell & Door, Valet Parking, Self parking, Limo and Mail Room.

Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain departmental rules and procedures for all Bell & Door, Valet Parking, Self-parking, and Mail Room.
  • Handle all personnel functions including but not limited to interviewing, hiring, termination, payroll, recruitment and maintain supply inventory levels.
  • Oversee departmental operations, maintain the high level of service expected by hotel management, implement and maintain training of new personnel and developmental training of all staff.
  • Establish and maintain communication lines within the department and between other departments within the hotel.
  • Establish, Motivate and evaluate performance levels of all employees
  • Maintain employee record files on all Bell & Door, Valet Parking, and Mail Room.
  • Ensure high productivity of all employees developing effective scheduling and staffing levels.
  • Promote and maintain positive service standards including but not limited to courtesy, sincerity and enthusiasm.
  • Assist Risk Management in investigating accidents and handling guest problems up to but not including those, which require involvement of Risk Management or senior management.
  • Monitor and maintain care and maintenance of house vehicles. Ensure all vehicles are properly licensed.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested.
Qualifications:
  • Leadership abilities.
  • Outgoing personality.
  • Valid NV Drivers License.
  • Proof of insurance.
  • Minimum age requirement is 21.
