POSITION SUMMARY
Tuscany Suites & Casino is on the lookout for an Assistant Front Desk Manager to lead and manage the Front Desk team. The successful candidate should possess a high school diploma, exhibit excellent communication abilities, and be proficient in using office technology. Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is highly desirable. Exceptional interpersonal skills and the capability to effectively address guest concerns are crucial for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing Front Desk staff and ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures.
- Facilitating departmental meetings to relay objectives and expectations.
- Developing employee schedules and evaluating staff performance.
- Maintaining effective communication with other hotel departments and aiding in the recruitment and training of clerks.
- Introducing new policies and procedures aimed at enhancing departmental efficiency.
- Assisting guests with inquiries and resolving complaints as necessary.
- Performing additional tasks as assigned.
