The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting Talent Acquisition activities such as requisition creation, job posting, interview scheduling, offer letters, and onboarding coordination. This person will be a key team member in providing a world-class candidate experience in addition to ensuring a high level of data integrity to reflect the true state of Talent Acquisition. Key Responsibilities Create job requisitions and post positions through the ATS (Paylocity). Schedule onsite/virtual interviews ensuring a world-class candidate experience and coordinate with executive admins on leadership schedules for quick and efficient executive interviews. Coordinate candidate and new hire travel when necessary. Create offer letters and follow up with Talent Acquisition team members to ensure accuracy. Maintain a high level of data integrity within the ATS for accurate reporting. Identify process efficiencies and enhancements within assigned duties. Coordinate new employee preparation, including coordination with Roers support teams, scheduling of new employees, setting up workstations, ordering Roers swag, etc. Complete onboarding process including creation of new employee documents, entering information in the HRIS system and assigning new hire training through the learning management system. Manage background check and drug testing processes and complete employment verifications for third parties. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience: 2+ years of Human Resources or related experience in a professional services environment. Previous experience with an Applicant Tracking System preferred. Skills/Abilities: Exceptional communication skills and ability to interact with a wide range of people. Strong drive and the ability to self-motivate in the face of multiple priorities while managing time efficiently. High integrity – trusted, direct, truthful. Embodies confidence and admits mistakes.
