Compensation: $25 - $30 per hour plus quarterly bonuses

Work Schedule:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct interviews and evaluate job candidates
  • Source, recruit, and assess candidates for client organizations
  • Utilize staffing software to manage candidate information and fulfill orders efficiently
  • Leverage job boards and online resources to identify potential candidates
  • Provide assistance to temporary employees regarding inquiries and concerns
  • Guide temporary employees on professional interviewing techniques
  • Oversee and evaluate the performance of temporary staff
  • Administer pre-employment requirements for job candidates
  • Ensure compliance with I-9 regulations

Qualifications:

  • Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills for handling high-volume inbound calls.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage a high volume of daily tasks and emails.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Flexible availability, including daytime, evenings, and weekends to meet business demands.
  • Willingness to travel to various office locations to ensure adequate staffing coverage.
  • Previous experience in customer service, recruitment, or human resources is required.
