Key Responsibilities:

Work Schedule:
This position operates Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, in an onsite office environment.

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field is required.

  • Experience with HRIS systems, preferably ADP.
  • Knowledge of full-cycle recruiting practices.
  • Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional time-management and organizational skills.
  • Experience in a nonprofit setting is preferred.
