The Ideal candidate will live within 50 miles of one of our Elevance Health PulsePoint locations.The HR Operations Coordinator will be responsible for processing transactional work within HR operations.How you will make an impact:Processes adjustments and changes in HRIS systemPerforms balancing activitiesMaintains records in case management system and assign or research cases as requiredSupports system changesRuns and analyzes reports and queriesResearches and resolves specific transactional inquiries and customer issuesProcesses basic department specific transactional workPoint of contact for compliance inquires and escalates to the appropriate people or departmentsFollows standard operating procedures and processing guidelines while maintaining attention to detail accuracy and timeliness.Minimum Requirements:Requires a high school diploma and a minimum of 1 years of transacting experience in payroll tax benefits or leaves of absence; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:Strongly preferred college degree and Workday experience.Proficient in Microsoft Excel (ability to use advanced Excel functions and tools like pivot tables, if-then formulas, v-lookups, and chart creation) strongly preferred.
