Operational Leadership:

Engage in significant capital initiatives and pinpoint inefficiencies in asset design and distribution.
Assist upper management in evaluating process capabilities and establishing performance benchmarks.
Formulate best practices and standard operating procedures while supervising operational audits and enhancements.

Supply Chain & Quality Assurance:

Guarantee quality initiatives for raw materials and finished goods, optimize cost and quality, and assist affiliates with technical quality oversight.
Oversee flour ingredient sourcing and assess commodity origins and suppliers.
Facilitate product innovation and industrial baking technologies.

Technology Integration:

Devise strategies for the deployment of data analytics tools, implement data management frameworks, and ensure the integration of plant automation and systems.

Risk Mitigation:

Improve safety protocols, collaborate with risk management teams, and provide cost-effective resources for risk reduction.
Stay informed about international safety and food standard regulations.

Assist in financial modeling for acquisitions and capital expenditure planning, review manufacturing-related financial documents, and educate financial analysts.

Team Management:

Oversee technical staff, participate in the recruitment of operations managers, and assess personnel performance.

Reporting & Analysis:

Prepare quarterly reports detailing project progress and business developments.

QualificationsBachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline with over 10 years of experience, including at least 5 years in the cereal or grain sector.
Master's Degree is preferred.
Proficiency in ERP systems and database architecture.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Experience with AutoCAD.
Familiarity with database design and architecture concepts.
Leadership capabilities and readiness to travel.
Basic knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
