Position Details:

  • Full Time, Monday-Friday (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, resume evaluations, and candidate interviews.
  • Administer employee benefits programs while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Assist in the formulation and execution of HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR-related matters.
  • Maintain accurate employee records while ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Conduct orientations and onboarding for new employees.
  • Update and maintain the employee handbook as necessary.
  • Support the performance management process, including goal setting, evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
  • Coordinate employee training and development initiatives.
  • Stay informed about HR trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR operations.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with employees at all levels.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems (ADP).
  • Willingness to travel between stores as required.
  • Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing and background checks.

Compensation: Yearly Salary
