**Position Summary**:
The Program Coordinator will assist the Teen Pregnancy Prevention (TPP) Manager with all projects falling under the TPP grant. This position is a complex component that requires a person with the ability to coordinate activities, processes, and systems as well as analyzing data. This person should have strong writing and organization skills as well as someone who is dynamic enough to respond to a wide variety of challenges that need to be addressed to ensure that participants and staff have the resources and guidance needed to be successful in their roles. This person will have strong administrative skills, the ability to lead, and the ability to present to a diverse audience in person and virtually.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Lead, coordinate, and schedule program delivery, surveying, and evaluation of all sites.
- Coordinate the scheduling of educators to ensure proper coverage at all sites.
- Offer direction and support to all TPP educator leads and the TPP trainer.
- Ensure educators are meeting grant objectives such as planning and delivering family/caregiver workshops.
- On a monthly basis, analyze all project data and use findings in collaboration with the educators, program manager, and Senior Manager of Compliance to develop strategies for implementing any needed changes and improvements in processes and service delivery.
- Identify and take on new programming sites as needed in order to meet the grant goals. Create strategies for marketing, recruiting, and integrating into new sites in collaboration with the program manager
- Work with program manager and Senior Manager of Compliance to track and keep dashboard information up to date to submit to the division director on a monthly basis.
- Share the manager’s vision and coordinate with lead educators in facilitating educational support meetings for parents of project youth, which include encouraging parental involvement, facilitating relevant topics of interest (STIs, determinants of teen pregnancy, etc.), securing guest speakers, and providing resources and referrals as needed.
- Assist with leading bi-weekly educator meetings to review implementation plans, OPTS data, and observation feedback.
- Assist in interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new staff members.
- Attend scheduled community meetings and events as directed by supervisor.
- Function as an expert lead on the TPP team. Be available and open to all educators for advice, guidance, grievances and support. Share relevant learned information to the Senior Manager.
- Ensure curriculum materials and supplies are ordered and prepared in time for programming; including curriculum delivery, parent workshops, YLC and CAG programming.
- Follow all requirements and guidelines of the program funder under the guidance of the program manager.
- Assist with coordinating annual curriculum and medical accuracy training for project partners and staff.
- Assist with and provide training and technical assistance to TPP staff and subcontractors.
- Train new and existing staff on teen pregnancy prevention curriculum and updates.
- Fill in as an educator/facilitator as needed in order to cover holes or meet grant goals.
- Assist with planning the annual Youth Leadership Council retreat and Teen Pregnancy Prevention Rally for youth and community stakeholders.
- Assist program manager with organizing and delivering the annual kick off training.
- Assist with ongoing community needs assessment to assure grant resources are targeted to the highest need areas.
- Prepare monthly summary of statistics and submit to the program manager and educators.
