We value your input and ideas. You'll have the freedom and autonomy to help shape and influence how people operations run at Anduril. We're looking for someone who is highly organized, an effective communicator, and can work well with both internal and external employees and vendors. This is an amazing opportunity for someone who wants to gain experience and see firsthand how companies operate and scale. If you're the kind of person who loves learning and can easily switch gears, then this role is perfect for you

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for developing and maintaining a strong working knowledge of our HRIS system (Rippling) and other HR systems.

- Take ownership of specific People Operations workflows, overseeing tasks related to employee changes, terminations, exit interviews, HR data entry, etc.
- Actively participate in system testing for the implementation of new programs, systems, or process rollouts within the HR domain and provide feedback on areas of improvement.
- Provide support for reporting, audit, and initiatives aimed at maintaining data integrity.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and employment verification requests, escalating issues to the appropriate team members as needed.
- Document, maintain, and communicate fundamental HR processes to stakeholders, managers, and employees, ensuring clarity and compliance.
- Identify and own process improvement efforts, leveraging HR systems to automate and eliminate bottlenecks.

***Traits and Experience**:

- At least two years of experience working on an HR or People Operations team.
- A positive attitude and a passion for learning. You understand that everything you do impacts our employees and internal client groups. No task is too small, and you keep cool under pressure when the work volume is high.
- A desire to make the internal client, employee, and manager experience simpler, more pleasant, and more productive is always top of mind for you.
- An eye for scalable solutions and a passion for technology and automation - you are always exploring new systems solutions for you and your team to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Solve for the long term.
- An analytical mindset. Data and process are your friends, and you are comfortable navigating Excel and other reporting systems.
- Detail-oriented and triple-check your work before shipping.
- You can easily handle multiple tasks simultaneously with expert organizational skills and an ability to prioritize effectively.
- Discretion — you know how to maintain confidentiality but also recognize what needs to be escalated.
- Ability to function independently with a reasonable degree of ambiguity to problem-solve with limited direction or oversight.
