Position Summary:
A Smoothie Specialist is tasked with providing an exceptional customer experience that embodies the Nekter brand. The ideal candidate should possess knowledge, efficiency, and the ability to create an invigorating atmosphere for guests. Smoothie Specialists must demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of all Nekter product nutritional information and effectively communicate this knowledge to both customers and fellow team members.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and workspaces in accordance with Nekter Juice Bar standards.
- Continuously restock supplies as needed.
- Ensure customer access areas, including the front area, restrooms, and parking lot, are kept clean and well-maintained.
- Consistently prepare and serve all Nekter Juice Bar products to specified standards.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation protocols for all products.
- Distribute cleanses and relevant product information promptly.
- Collaborate with shift leaders or managers to ensure proper handling of cleanse products.
- Rinse and prepare products before serving.
- Operate the cash register, manage prep work, maintain cleanliness, and juice as directed by the manager on duty.
- Execute proper portion control for all ingredients.
- Process cash transactions while following Nekter cash handling policies.
- Understand and effectively implement Nekter Juice Bar promotions.
- Manage Nekter Juice Bar coupons and gift cards in accordance with established standards.

Work Environment:
The characteristics of the work environment and physical demands described here are representative of those encountered while performing the essential functions of this position.

  • Preferred: 1 year of experience in the restaurant or retail sector, though not mandatory.
  • High school diploma preferred.
  • Food Handler card must be obtained prior to employment.
  • Minimum age requirement: 16 years.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods (4-8 hours).
  • Capability to reach, bend, and lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team-oriented mindset.
  • Attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Compensation: $16.00 per hour
