Summary:

The Procurement and Operations Specialist is responsible for managing the company’s supply of products and services. The role involves strategizing to find cost-effective deals and suppliers, negotiating contracts, managing supplier relationships, and analyzing procurement data to produce periodical reports. The Procurement and Operations Specialist will ensure that the company secures the best possible prices while maintaining high quality and efficiency.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies that are aligned with the company's objectives.
  • Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand to ensure consistent supply. Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure adequate stock availability for outgoing shipments.
  • Review Sales Forecast vs SPI projection and produce rolling months PO/s to Supplier/s.
  • Managing supplier’s order plan and submit PULL-IN and PUSH-OUT request to management and HQ. Ensure delivery schedules are met, and any issues are promptly addressed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, PM, finance, operations, and legal, to align procurement activities with company goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
  • Prepare, analyze, and produce periodical reports on procurement activities and performance to inform decision-making.
  • Working along with the logistics and order entry team, monitor shipments and deliveries to review and ensure timely and accurate of the system data. Track shipments and update stakeholders on delivery status, delays, or issues that may arise.
  • Support of Warehouse Management System (WMS) to manage inventory levels, track shipments, and support warehouse operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Other Logistics and order processing related matters.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in logistics or related field is a plus.
  • Mandarin Speaking and Written is preferred.
  • Require to promptly work with HQ and other RBU in Asia time as need it.
  • Good knowledge of purchasing, shipping/receiving procedures, order fulfillment, and warehouse operations.
  • Proficient in ERP software for order purchasing, tracking inventory and managing logistics data.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication skills for coordinating with internal teams, carriers, and suppliers.
