  • Conduct internal investigations including, but not limited to: allegations of misconduct, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and/or violations of company policies.
  • Shepherd performance management in partnership with designated people managers.
  • Project-manage and support business unit restructures (RIF, EEO Reporting, Assessment Spreadsheets), M&A, workforce planning.
  • Facilitate immigration & delegation processes by partnering with P&O Operations team and partnering with the Global Mobility & Immigration Team.
  • Manage mass communication on P&O related topics (ie US P&O Updates & Reminders, Employee/ Manager Reminder Deadline, Workday Updates, etc)
  • PHR or SHRM certification a plus
  • Workingat Siemens Software means flexibility - Choosing between working at home andthe office at other times is the norm here.
