The Pelvic Model located in Pasadena is seeking an experienced Physical Therapy Office Administrative Assistant to join our team. Your position is to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our Physical Therapy office. You will be responsible of all administrative tasks, help maintain schedules and appointments, coordinate patient appointments, and maintain a welcoming environment for both patients and staff. Organization and responsibility are a must.

**Responsibilities**:

- Schedule patient appointments and manage the company appointment calendar
- Greet patients and collect all paperwork
- Communicate with therapists to ensure patient care.
- Follow up on any outstanding patient balances.

It is imperative that this position provide top-notch customer service to patients by addressing all questions, resolving concerns, and most important, ensuring a positive experience by each patient. This position requires a welcoming and professional demeanor in all interactions with patients, visitors, and staff.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a healthcare setting or physical therapy office.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on customer service.

**Hours**:
M: 11:45am - 6:30pm
T: 12pm - 7pm
W: 12pm - 6pm
Th: 12pm - 6pm
F: 12pm - 4:15pm

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 26 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (required)

Ability to Relocate:
