Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM
Pay Rate:$20-$22 /hr
Location: Pasadena, TX 77502

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant II to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant II, you will perform a wide range of administrative and clerical tasks to support our daily operations.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

  • Manage the day-to-day administrative tasks, including handling phone calls, emails, and mail correspondence.

  • Maintain and update files, documents, and records in both physical and digital formats.

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and special events.

  • Prepare and distribute memos, letters, reports, and other business correspondence.

  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of presentations and meeting materials.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.

  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.

  • Assist with the implementation of office policies and procedures.

  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment.

  • Maintain professional appearance of office including kitchen area.

  • Perform other duties as needed and assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Must have 2 to 3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant in a professional business setting.

  • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

  • Must have excellent communication skills because of daily contact with employees and vendors.

  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds

  • This position works in a typical office and manufacturing environment.

  • Clarity of vision including the ability to appropriately differentiate colors

  • Customer service experience
