Waterfront Engineering, Design and Construction, Inc.  is currently seeking an Office Administrator/ Marketing Assistant to join our team in our Pasadena, MD office. Candidates for this position will be responsible for the following:

 

Primary Responsibilities:

●        Assist in processing permits applications for building or construction projects.

●        Work with customers to review design goals and requirements

●        Communicate with County, State and Federal Regulators during the permitting process

●        Provide periodical updates to clients for current project status

●        Manage company website and social media platforms

●        Supporting staff in organizing various projects

●        Undertaking daily administrative task to ensure functionality and coordination of department’s activities

●        Conducting market research and analyzing consumer rating reports/ questionnaires

 

Requirements and Skills:

●        Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach

●        Good understanding of office management and marketing principles

●        Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines

●        Exquisite communication, people skills, and dependability

 

Preferred qualifications:

•           Bachelor’s/ Associate’s Degree

•           Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point

•           Experience with G-Suite (Drive, Sheets, Docs)

•           Excellent internal/external customer service abilities and interpersonal skills

•           Excellent organizational, filing, and record-keeping skills.

•           Strong time management skills, and ability to prioritize.

•           Candidate should be self-motivated with the ability to work independently and have a high regard for attention to details.
