“A Day in the Life”


Mobile Modular, a well-established company specializing in modular building rentals and sales. This role will perform a variety of administrative and other tasks in support of our Sales and Operations departments.

“What You’ll Do”

In this role you will collaborate with sales representatives, vendor partners, project managers and coordinators and others to:

  • General reception and front desk coverage for high volume corporate office.
  • Answer, screen, direct telephone calls.
  • Data Entry.
  • Filing.
  • General customer service.
  • Administrative support to sales, operations, and management teams.
  • Inventory, ordering and stocking of corporate office supplies.
  • Invoice reconciliation and tracking.

  • Prior reception/administrative experience required.
  • High-school diploma or GED required.
  • 3 plus years of experience working in a professional business environment required.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook and Word required; PowerPoint a plus.
  • Knowledge of Construction/terms preferred.

Special Considerations:

  • Extended periods of time sitting and working on a computer.

The specific pay rate and level, if applicable, will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications, prior experience and location.
