BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field
- 5 years of experience in outside sales
- In-depth understanding of Distribution, OEMs, Engineering, and end users
- Familiar with LEAN and ISO 9001 processes and procedures
- Instrumentation fittings and valves experience
- Proficient in delivering technical presentations, training, and product demos
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Engage with End Users and OEMs frequently
- Follow up on all sales leads and track projects and quotations
- Conduct account analysis to evaluate territory performance and potential
- Gather competitive intelligence and insights on new products
- Support company-wide sales initiatives
- Deliver product training and presentations to Distribution and end users
- Travel 6 - 10 nights per month, including trade shows
- Exhibit a strong commitment to exceptional customer service and support
- Adhere to zero-defect quality standards and procedures
