Support of Oracle 12+ E-Business Suite architecture and integration between various modules of E-Business Suite. Support of Order to Cash, Procure to Pay and Core Financial modules, including AP, AR, PO, OM, and GL. Provide guidance and recommendation on software architecture, design patterns, and best practices for integrations and solutions. Act as a focal point for communicating related system problems within the department and collaborates with other teams and vendors on changes, fixes, and updates. Manage the release process for applications which includes effective department wide and end user communication. Manage delivery and SLAs by guiding incident resolution, problem management, maintenance, and enhancement tickets raised by the end users for assigned applications. Keep abreast of new developments and forecasts future trends in application integration in the industrial distribution industry. Maintain a strong understanding of technology and its application to achieve business objectives. Provide ongoing troubleshooting, support, and maintenance of applications. Follow safe work procedures and Company safety policies and procedures, including obeying warning signs and postings; immediately reporting any injury, accident, or near-miss incidents; reporting unsafe hazards and unsafe conditions; completing safety training by the due date; and using personal protective equipment as required. #LI-DNI
Minimum Requirements for Position: Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or a related field and 2 years of experience designing, building, and supporting business applications within the Oracle E-Business Suite including the financial modules AR, PO, and GL. This experience must include working with Oracle databases, SQL, PL/SQL languages, Oracle Form Builder, BI Publisher, Oracle Report Builder, Oracle Workflow, OA Framework, and standard APIs.
