Join AZAD Technology Partners as an Administrative Assistant and perform a wide range of professional and confidential administrative support as well as data entry and tracking for an enterprise level regional utility. This individual's responsibilities will include to greet visitors, answer and screen telephone call, handle incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence, calendaring, arranging travel, filing and tracking meeting minutes.

This is a 2 years plus consultant position with high probability of long term and ongoing continued employment. This position is hybrid in Vancouver, Washington with onsite 1 - 2 days weekly. The hourly pay rate range for this position (which includes a health and welfare fringe benefit of $4.57) is $28.32 to $31.57 depending on related qualifications and experience, as well as composition of selected compensation package.

The ideal candidate must possess the minimum qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Associate degree in Secretarial Science, Administrative Management or related field is preferred.

4 years of demonstrated administrative/clerical experience is required.

4 or more years of relevant work experience in administrative support functions with Microsoft Office Suite programs such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.

Valid U.S. Driver's License is required.

Must be able to pass a federal criminal background and drug screening.
