About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our BPA Manager and staff at First Tek, Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Schedule Appointments: Coordinate meetings, conferences, and training sessions for the BPA Manager and staff.
  2. Travel Arrangements: Arrange domestic and international travel for the BPA Manager and staff, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
  3. Time and Attendance: Manage time and attendance records for federal personnel and contract staff, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Secretarial Science, Administrative Management, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: 6 years of demonstrated administrative/clerical experience required.
  • Technical Skills: Intermediate to advanced skills/experience with Microsoft Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and SharePoint.
