LHH has partnered with a long time client in search of an HRIS Manager in the Seattle area. Applicant must have prior experience in the full implementation of a system as well as training on that system. Applicant must be independent and self-sufficient in their work.
What you will do:
- Working with both internal and external stakeholders to gather and analyze business. requirements and drive the planning, development, testing, and implementation of the system
- Identifying opportunities for automation within all aspects of HR processes.
- Liaising with IT vendors on system implementation & supporting User Acceptance testing.
- Driving regular review and support implementation of HR system upgrades and patches when required.
- Evaluating and implementing tools to help maintain data integrity.
- Staying updated on trends in HRIS.
- Participating in and/or leading projects focused on continuous improvement.
What you need:
- 3+ years of experience managing an HRIS.
- 2+ years of experience using UKGpro.
- Experience implementing and training on a software.
- Experience supporting various locations with an implementation/training.
- Knowledge of the HR and payroll functions within the system.

- Hybrid position.

- $90k-$125k DOE.
