KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute HR strategies and initiatives that drive organizational development and talent management.
  • Lead talent acquisition efforts to build strong pipelines for future hiring needs and ensure effective onboarding processes.
  • Formulate career development plans and succession planning for key roles within the organization.
  • Promote a culture of inclusion and diversity, reinforcing our position as an equal opportunity employer.
  • Oversee all HR functions, including compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, and labor law compliance.
  • Evaluate and enhance our employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of HR procedures and tools, ensuring they support diverse groups effectively.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training and development programs to foster employee skills and leadership capabilities.
  • Provide strategic leadership and guidance on HR matters to the CEO and other senior leaders.
  • Ensure HR plans are in line with the organizations mission and business objectives.
  • Engage in due diligence activities for potential acquisitions and lead HR integration in partnership with other functions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience as a CHRO, VP of HR, or in a similar executive-level HR role.
  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen with the ability to align HR strategies with business goals.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
  • Experience with HR software (HRIS, ATS) and familiarity with labor legislation.
  • Exceptional leadership abilities with a track record of managing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • BSc/MSc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or a relevant field.
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
