Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the CHRO is a valuable member of the Leadership Team, as well as the Human Resources Committee of the Board. The CHRO manages and leads the development and implementation of the overall Human Resources strategies for IDB Global, such as the activities related to recruitment, employment, retention, compensation, employee relations, benefits, training, organizational development, succession planning, career pathing, employee engagement, and DEI.

Your resume should demonstrate that you hold a Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s Degree preferred), approximately 10+ years of HR leadership (ideally working in a financial institution), and a history of fostering inclusive cultures, management of teams and projects, and knowledge that positions you to step into an executive level Human Resource role for a growing financial institution. Ideal candidates will have bilingual (English and Spanish) skills/abilities. In addition, a SHRM certification is highly desired.
