Snapshot of the role:

  • Prepare various reports, process & distribute checks and assist with ACH payments
  • Prepare tax paperwork, banking documents, check requests and client letters
  • Upload of electronic forms and tax paperwork
  • Assist with verification of trade settlements
  • Maintain and monitor the department’s inbox for actionable items
  • Coordinate the processing of documents and routing of signatures required
  • Provide administrative & project support to internal teams



Requirements (please apply only if you meet these):

  • 2+ years of working in a professional office setting handling some type of numbers-related work
  • Solid software skills, ideally Excel
  • Strong attention to detail with strong communication skills
  • Background and credit check
