Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking an Office Administrator to support operations in our Sacramento, CA corporate location.  The successful candidate will work in the office 100% of the time.  Remote work or hybrid schedules are not available.

Salary range:  $22 to $25 per hour based on experience

What You'll Do:
  • Communicate effectively, politely, and professionally with co-workers, customers, vendors and the general public when representing Company
  • Provide reception duties including answering the phone; greeting customers, vendors and other guests; delivering messages; and interacting with the public
  • Order, organize and maintain office supplies and equipment. When requested or needed, place orders or travel to local stores to purchase supplies for Company
  • Help maintain office order and cleanliness on a daily basis 
  • Sort and distribute incoming post and organize and send outgoing post
  • Arrange travel, accommodations, and schedule for executive team 
  • Arrange travel and accommodations for staff or customers and other external contacts. Including booking flights, hotels, and rental vehicles.
  • Identify long term housings solutions for projects and maintain relationships with Landlords/Home Owners Associations
  • Arrange office and condo cleaning regularly and maintain relationships with vendors.
  • Oversee the maintenance of Company office faclities and report and manage any building facilities issues
  • Devise and maintain office systems, processes and procedures
  • Use a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Access, etc., to produce correspondence and documents and to maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and databases
  • Support and coordinate with executive team on schedules and projects 
  • Organize and store paperwork, documents and computer-based information
  • Photocopy and print various documents, sometimes on behalf of other colleagues
  • Plan and assist with office team building activities and functions 
  • Comply with all Company policies and procedures as set forth in an Employee Handbook or otherwise published by Company from time to time
  • Comply with the terms of the Employee Confidentiality, Non-Compete, and Invention Assignment Agreement executed by Employee

What You'll Bring:
  • 1-2 years’ experience related to office management.
  • Must possess ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Must demonstrate an ability to work in a team environment and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of staff and management.
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must possess adequate computer software program knowledge including Microsoft Suite.
  • Must possess time management and organizational skills.
  • Must possess ability to multi-task.

  • Sit at a desk 6-8 hours per day performing tasks on a computer
  • Requires minimal physical effort with periods of walking, standing with some light lifting of files
  • Minimal bending, stooping or reaching
  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
