Job Summary:

The Regional Sales Manager is tasked with developing a strategic growth plan in collaboration with the Regional Director and Vice President. They are responsible for managing the Sales personnel and training and supporting them to ensure their success. This position works closely with internal operations to ensure the highest quality of service provided to each client. They participate in weekly meetings to ensure the Sales personnel are meeting plan and maintaining their existing portfolio of business. The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for the Sales personnel and identifying appropriate and profitable prospective clients.

Essential Responsibilities/Duties:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional targets.

• Ensure Sales personnel achieve plan with appropriate new clients.

• Maintain region’s existing base of business.

• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.

• Monitor and manage sales pipelines and forecast accuracy.

• In-Service Sales personnel on new tests.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

• Communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external employees. • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.

• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback and coaching.

• Foster a positive and competitive sales environment.
