- Enhance occupancy rates and revenue within communities.
- Ensure proactive sales activities are executed effectively.
- Set and enforce key sales targets for lead generation, conversion rates, and overall occupancy.
- Work alongside marketing professionals to enhance online visibility and leverage digital media to modernize sales approaches and drive revenue growth.
- Engage with prospective residents and their families to conduct comprehensive assessments and identify individual needs for senior living options. This may include home visits as well as on-site meetings.
- Deliver the necessary sales activities and outcomes to meet and exceed community sales and move-in objectives, ensuring adherence to sales expectations and metrics.
- Present all marketing and sales communications truthfully, aligning with the services provided by the community. Uphold and embody the organization's mission statement.
- Review and oversee the implementation of community-specific action plans, competitive analyses, and sales reports, communicating necessary improvements to the regional team.
- Three to five years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- A high school diploma is required; college credits or a degree is preferred.
- This role requires significant travel, typically 75% - 100%, with the potential for extended on-site assignments.
- Proficiency in PC-based software for sales data management and word processing is essential. Familiarity with presentation software, spreadsheet applications, and email/internet functions is advantageous.
- Must demonstrate proficiency in Yardi CRM.
- Compliance with continuing education requirements and relevant certifications is necessary.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Strong communication skills to engage effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to identify and communicate issues appropriately.
- Skill in relating to the public, residents, families, staff, and other professionals in a respectful manner.
- Capability to train and mentor others effectively.
- Willingness to travel to and work from various communities as required.
