Quick Qualifications:

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering strongly preferred
  • 5+ years of outside sales experience in the electrical power industry
  • Knowledge of substation apparatus, systems, and maintenance services
  • Ability to travel up to 50%

Role Overview: Are you ready to drive growth and lead strategic initiatives in the electrical power industry? We are seeking a dynamic Area Sales Manager to oversee sales and development within the Central Region. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and robust sales acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead sales of electrical power products and solutions across the Central Region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry clients.
  • Navigate and manage CRM systems to track interactions and sales progress.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring profitability and compliance.
  • Regularly engage with industry professionals at conferences and trade shows.

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven ability to manage detailed, complex sales cycles and engage with senior industry professionals.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
  • Technically proficient with CRM systems, RF scanners, and other sales technology tools.
