YOUR ROLE

The Sales Support Executive will take charge of initiating contact with new clients, guiding them through our retail platform, and collaborating with regional sales representatives to nurture and follow up on leads. This position demands exceptional organizational abilities and a tenacious approach to facilitate effective communication and seamless account transitions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engage potential clients to introduce our offerings and retail platform.
  • Follow up with prospective clients to gather necessary documentation and complete the onboarding process.
  • Manage all communications and documentation essential for onboarding new clients, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Transfer newly onboarded clients to the relevant regional sales managers.
  • Collaborate closely with regional sales managers to pursue leads and bolster their sales initiatives.
  • Generate lead lists through online research and other techniques to identify potential new clients.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with all parties involved throughout the sales process.
  • Coordinate with the finance team and regional sales managers to address late payment issues with clients.
  • Conduct field visits as necessary to onboard prospective clients.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Research and thoroughly understand the client's business structure, product offerings, sales processes, documentation requirements, and operations.
  • Ensure open and effective communication with the client and program supervisor; assess and adjust strategies as needed to achieve optimal results.
  • Participate in all mandatory sales meetings and provide comprehensive recaps with detailed follow-ups.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in a sales support or related capacity.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
  • Persistent and determined in reaching objectives.
  • Able to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Proficient in Excel, OneDrive, and other sales management tools.
  • Strong research capabilities for developing lead lists.
