Job Description

Position Overview:

The Regional Sales Manager is tasked with the expansion and enhancement of infectious disease diagnostics within a designated area. The primary emphasis is on outpatient facilities that handle a significant number of infections. Key responsibilities encompass identifying new business opportunities, onboarding new clients, and maintaining relationships with current accounts.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Travels across the assigned region under the guidance of the Senior Director of Sales to engage potential clients and generate new, profitable business.
  • Showcases services, product offerings, and the unique value proposition.
  • Engages in key sales initiatives to drive business growth.
  • Fosters relationships with clients to leverage referrals and opportunities for new product/service sales.
  • Projects proposal closing timelines and collaborates with Sales and Management Teams to align objectives, share relevant information, and support the overall success of HealthTrackRX.
  • Works closely with the sales and marketing teams to explore strategies for customer acquisition.
  • Aims to meet and surpass individual sales targets on a monthly and annual basis.
  • Introduces additional service lines to enhance the offerings available to clinics.
  • Travel may be required up to 50%, depending on the territory.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Skills:
  • Ability to independently research, organize, multitask, and prioritize effectively.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience:
  • A minimum of 4 years of proven success in medical sales.
  • Experience engaging with physician offices, healthcare facilities, or hospitals.
  • Proficient in territory planning.
