Responsibilities:

  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Technical Lead or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, ITOM, HR, and other modules.
  • Ensure successful initiation, planning, execution, control, and completion of ServiceNow projects.
  • Lead project development, production support, and maintenance activities.
  • Guide team members on technical aspects, providing mentorship and technical direction.
  • Fill and ensure timesheets are completed, as is the invoicing process, on or before the deadline.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project deliverables meet business requirements and objectives.
  • Offer expertise in ServiceNow best practices, architecture, and development.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in ServiceNow and related technologies to enhance team capabilities.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
