Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic communications professional to enhance our Global Communications team. The successful candidate will possess a strong enthusiasm for storytelling and the capability to develop engaging narratives that foster trust and loyalty towards ServiceNow and its leadership.

In this role, you will act as a strategic advisor to the Chief Marketing Officer and the Marketing Leadership team, crafting comprehensive communication strategies that elevate our brand and drive engagement across various channels.

You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to promote internal awareness of our strategic objectives and facilitate the successful implementation of transformation initiatives across the Marketing department and ServiceNow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead executive communications for the Chief Marketing Officer and the Marketing Leadership team, formulating strategic communication plans that enhance their brand presence and thought leadership.
  • Design and implement integrated communication strategies that align with the Marketing organization’s goals and transformation efforts.
  • Create executive visibility initiatives that translate concepts into compelling narratives and innovative storytelling approaches.
  • Produce high-quality executive materials, including speeches, scripts, videos, and social media strategies.
  • Prepare executives through rehearsals and the development of supporting materials while managing communication timelines.
  • Coordinate and support events, including hybrid and in-person Town Halls.
  • Oversee change communications across various departments to ensure alignment and clarity.
  • Develop employee engagement programs that celebrate achievements and reinforce organizational values.
Qualifications

Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in English, journalism, communications, or a related field, along with over 10 years of experience in leading global communication strategies that engage and inform employees.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic advisor with the ability to influence senior leadership on messaging and engagement opportunities, fostering pride and action within the organization.

Strong storytelling skills, combined with business acumen and change management experience, are essential. Candidates should demonstrate excellent project management capabilities and the ability to navigate a dynamic work environment.

Experience in driving marketing transformation initiatives is highly desirable.
