Role Responsibilities:

In this position, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing and refining current automation testing frameworks.
  • Gathering and analyzing quality metrics derived from test executions.
  • Collaborating with development teams to formulate tailored testing strategies for new features and automating these processes.
  • Developing detailed test plans and executing them with automation.
  • Assisting engineering teams in diagnosing and resolving issues related to applications and development/testing environments.
Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in quality assurance and proficiency in Java programming, specifically with Selenium, JUnit, and TestNG.
  • Strong scripting skills in JavaScript, along with familiarity with tools such as Eclipse, Jenkins, Maven, and Git.
  • A solid understanding of various testing methodologies (including performance, unit, integration, and automated testing), along with their respective advantages and limitations.
  • The capability to utilize tools (such as IDEs, debuggers, build tools, source control systems, and Unix tools) to facilitate daily operations.
  • Experience in leading technical discussions across teams with a comprehensive understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
