Job Overview:

Foxconn is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to act as the key liaison between our customers and internal teams. The Program Manager will lead cross-functional teams, manage customer expectations, and ensure project milestones are met. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement to achieve high customer satisfaction and profitable results.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a direct contact with customers and internal Business Units.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and operations.
  • Lead internal cross-functional teams including NPI, SQM, and Production.
  • Understand and manage customer expectations as defined in related contracts, RFQs, RFPs, SOWs, or verbal requests.
  • Develop cost quotations for RFQs, RFPs, SOWs, and verbal requests.
  • Generate project plans (roadmap/Gantt chart) with key milestones for site process implementation (initial start-up).
  • Communicate program's key business metrics, goals, objectives, implementation roadmap, and reporting requirements.
  • Set goals and objectives for the program in collaboration with the customer, operations, and the respective Business Unit.
  • Execute cost reduction and continuous improvement activities to ensure low cost, profitable, and high customer satisfaction results.
  • Monitor the program's financial performance to ensure revenue and profit margin goals are attained.
  • Monitor the program's performance to customer expectations and work with operations to correct deficiencies.
  • Develop corrective action plans with operations for business metrics not meeting minimum acceptable performance, ensuring the plan is met.
  • Communicate corrective action plans to customers proactively when performance is below expectations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Ability to speak and read Mandarin is a plus.
