We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to spearhead our expansion efforts in Texas. This role is crucial as you will oversee the launch of multiple studios within a short timeframe. Your responsibilities will encompass managing all operational aspects and staff for our Texas locations. Ideal candidates will possess a strong background in team and event management.

This is a full-time position that offers a hybrid work environment, with weekend availability required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Puppysphere event team, including facilitators and instructors, while managing tasks such as scheduling, hiring, and onboarding.
  • Lead the establishment of studios in major Texas cities.
  • Plan, organize, and execute engaging puppy-centric events, ensuring they align with our brand's high standards and create memorable experiences for attendees.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop innovative event concepts and themes that resonate with our audience.
  • Manage all logistics for events, including venue selection, client coordination, budget oversight, and on-site operations to guarantee smooth execution and guest satisfaction.
  • Conduct site evaluations across Texas.
  • Organize and maintain inventory for events.
  • Execute weekly communications regarding public events to keep customers informed and engaged.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in project management or event coordination.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently.
  • Availability to work in the studio one weekend day each week.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Creative problem-solver with a unique perspective.
  • Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items.
