Job Summary:

The Sales Operations Project Manager will oversee and manage sales operations projects within the solar division. This role requires strong project management skills, a deep understanding of sales operations, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments. The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all sales operations initiatives are executed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Management:

    • Lead and manage sales operations projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

    • Develop detailed project plans, set timelines, and allocate resources effectively.

    • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project delivery.

  2. Sales Operations:

    • Oversee the daily operations of the sales team, ensuring processes and systems are running smoothly.

    • Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and implement strategies to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness.

    • Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.

  3. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Work closely with other departments, including marketing, finance, customer service, and operations, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.

    • Facilitate communication and collaboration between teams to ensure seamless project execution.

  4. Process Improvement:

    • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline sales operations and enhance productivity.

    • Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for sales processes and ensure adherence to best practices.

  5. Reporting and Analysis:

    • Generate and analyze sales reports to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.

    • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.

  6. Training and Support:

    • Provide training and support to the sales team on sales operations processes, tools, and systems.

    • Act as a point of contact for sales operations-related inquiries and issues, providing timely and effective solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management and sales operations, preferably in the solar industry.

  • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects.

  • Strong understanding of sales operations, processes, and systems.

  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in project management software and sales operations tools.

  • PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
