Job DescriptionJob DescriptionThe Installation Coordinator will be responsible for working closely with our customers to schedule their installation. You will bedelighting our customers and providing a high touch level of customer service. An Installation Coordinator will also maintaincommunication with our customers to update them on the progress of their installation, as well as manage the install go backs.Additionally, the Installation Coordinator will work directly with our install teams to schedule current install requests.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING - THE ROLE
    • Follow up on Jobs in Progress (JIPS) & IGBs to ensure proper scheduling
    • Maintain installation scheduling of installation managers, & creates service folders with proper documentation for IMs
    • Takes both inbound and outbound scheduling calls
    • Prepares customer correspondence when deemed appropriate, such as paid invoices or rebates
    • Provides back up and support to other members of the operations team as needed
    • Keep continuous communications with assigned customers to ensure that all questions and concerns about their projectare addressed and satisfied
    • Possibly prepares contract amendment as necessary
    • Works regularly in an office environment
    • Up to 8 hours of sitting in any given day
    • Type, speak, & write daily
    • Repetitive typing & answering phones
    • Other jobs duties as assigned

    • Experience / Education
    • Experience working in an office environment preferred
    • High School Diploma or equivalent required; College Degree preferred
