The Team
The Recruitment Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for organizing interviews for both internal employees seeking new career opportunities and external candidates aspiring to join our organization. This role requires close collaboration with candidates, Talent Acquisition Partners, interview panels, hiring managers, and administrative staff, ensuring that interviews are arranged efficiently and effectively. Coordinators thrive in a dynamic environment while being dedicated to delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the interview process.
Required Expertise and Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in human resources, operations, administration, education, or customer service roles
- Exceptional organizational and customer service abilities
- Outstanding professional communication skills
- Capability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a fast-paced, virtual, and in-person setting with frequently changing schedules
- Meticulous attention to detail and excellent time management skills

- Executing complex logistical scheduling to ensure a remarkable interview experience for candidates
- Coordinating interviews for internal and external candidates with hiring managers and interview teams using the Workday Recruiting platform
- Arranging interview spaces for in-person meetings and utilizing Zoom for virtual interviews
- Managing changes to interview schedules promptly and efficiently, notifying all relevant parties
- Collaborating with Scheduling colleagues to provide support during fluctuating volumes
- Delivering exceptional service and fostering positive interactions with candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams throughout the scheduling process
- Maintaining data accuracy within Workday Recruiting during the scheduling of interviews
- Utilizing our messaging system to connect with candidates in real-time regarding interview details
- Coordinating travel arrangements for candidates when necessary
Dynamic Working Environment
At Fidelity TalentSource, we aim for most employees to work flexibly, balancing personal and business needs through a model we refer to as "Dynamic Working." Most associates will have a hybrid schedule, requiring them to work onsite at a Fidelity location for a designated week every four weeks. These requirements may be subject to change.
