Our team is looking for an experienced, motivated, and organized Proposal Coordinator to join our corporate team from a remote work environment. Some travel will be required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of proposals in response to RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, and other solicitations.
  • Work with Capture Manager to create response packages that meet RFP requirements, quality standards, and overall strategy.
  • Collaborate with project managers, team members, and sub-consultants to gather proposal data, and lead solutions and color reviews.
  • Manage solicitation and proposal data on SharePoint and Outlook.
  • Assist in the preparation of resumes and project information for teaming efforts.
  • Schedule and manage data calls, proposal milestones and deadlines.
  • Synthesize proposal materials into a final client-ready package.
  • Create qualifications packages for continuing services solicitations with minimal external input.
  • Research and create project descriptions and individual resumes from existing information.
  • Review proposals for content quality and consistency with company standards
  • Lead production efforts, including desktop publishing formatting, light editing, printing, copying, tab covers, producing binders, and electronic media.
  • Maintain shared databases of individual resumes, past performance descriptions, related materials, company licenses, insurance, awards, and other pertinent proposal-related information.
  • Maintain a shared database of submitted (or canceled) proposal packets.
  • Manage proposal artifact library

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in proposal development and management
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented and quality-focused
