Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Provide exceptional guest service, including consultations, product recommendations, and service sales.
  • Service Delivery: Assist in the delivery of hair services, including haircuts, color, texture, styling, and treatments.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain knowledge of our product offerings, including hair care and makeup products.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our experienced stylists and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Store Operations: Maintain a clean and organized salon environment, including the backroom, break area, and salesfloor.
Requirements
  • Cosmetology License: Possess a valid cosmetology license.
  • Technical Skills: Develop and maintain technical skills in haircutting, haircolor, lightening, styling, texture, treatment, extensions, makeup, and ear piercing services.
  • Communication Skills: Develop and maintain strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
