Position Overview: We are seeking a Millwork Project Coordinator with expertise in installation, workshop operations, engineering, fabrication, or procurement to assist in the comprehensive management and execution of projects alongside our dedicated team members.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing 5-10 projects at different phases of development.
  • Conducting site assessments for accurate field measurements and overseeing installations.
  • Managing the submittal process, including reviewing architectural plans and collaborating with design engineers on shop drawings.
  • Communicating with team members regarding materials and aiding in obtaining quotes or specifying unique items.
  • Evaluating shop drawings to ensure adherence to best practices before production begins.
  • Coordinating with production teams to uphold quality standards.
  • Organizing deliveries and installations in collaboration with general contractors and subcontractors.
Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with plastic laminate, wood veneer, panel products, hardwoods, cabinet hardware, moldings, etc.
  • Ability to interpret construction and shop drawings.
  • Willingness to travel to various job sites.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience in installation, workshop operations, engineering, fabrication, or procurement is preferred; however, we are open to training motivated individuals with a positive attitude.
