We are seeking a motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team The primary focus of this role will be organizing and consolidating files, utilizing Microsoft Teams for collaboration, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and consolidate files from multiple departments to improve accessibility and efficiency.
  • Utilize Microsoft Teams extensively for communication, collaboration, and file management.
  • Provide administrative support to assigned departments, including composing, typing, and proofreading documents.
  • Assist in monitoring and reviewing expenditures, maintaining calendars, and scheduling activities.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Coordinate activities with other departments, outside agencies, and the general public.
  • Prepare and maintain records, reports, and other documentation as required.
  • Assist in special projects by researching and compiling data as needed.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of college from an accredited institution with major coursework in Business, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • 1 year of general office or administrative experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Teams for collaboration and file management is a MUST.
  • Strong comprehension of file management principles and experience organizing and consolidating files.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
