Administrative Assistant

We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.
Duties include:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Assistant
- Knowledge of office systems and procedures
- Customer service experience is a must. Work really well with customers and office staff
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and computers
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Mailing/shipping small items
- Handle multiple projects
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, and scanning etc.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Reply to email, telephone or face to face enquiries
- Demonstrate Microsoft proficiency in Office, Excel and Word
- Demonstrate ability to multitask and attention of organization skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Quickbooks savvy is a plus
- Notary is a plus
- Working with Adobe is a plus
- Working with Canva is a plus
Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Education:
- High school or equivalent
Experience:
- Customer Service: 1 year
- QuickBooks: 1 year (Preferred)
- Office: 1 year (Preferred)
