Russell Tobin is currently seeking an Enterprise Account Manager Associate to work for our client in the online food ordering industry Apply now for consideration

Employment Type: 12- Month, W2 Contract/Remote

Pay rate: $25-$32/hr, DOE

As an Enterprise Account Management Associate, you will help develop growth plans and spearhead the day-to-day execution for a portfolio of brands. The role will involve a blend of data analysis, operational insights, and relationship management.

Responsibilities:

Strategize Vision:
  • Engage partners in growth strategy discussions (e.g., adding stores, increasing sales, growing profitability)
  • Introduce and implement new product opportunities to deepen partnerships and increase revenue (e.g., white-label fulfillment)
Relationship Management:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with C-suite and leads in strategy, marketing, and operations
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews to strengthen relationships, review performance, and plan future strategies
Operational Excellence:
  • Act as the primary contact for issue resolution and ensure accountability
  • Drive operational improvements with partners to deliver the best customer experience
  • Use playbooks, tools, and resources to ensure high-quality merchant experiences and resolve roadblocks

Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in consulting, client success, account management, or sales
  • Proven success working in cross-functional teams (e.g., with product, marketing, and operations) to build creative solutions
  • Expert communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required

Nice to have:

  • Proficiency in one or more analytics & visualization tools (e.g., Sigma, Tableau, Excel)
  • Knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
