Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing and entering AP invoices into Bill.com, verifying accurate coding and oversight through the approval process
  • Processing AR, Cash receipts, Material transfer and project setup documents to a 3rd party accounting service provider
  • Processing payroll
  • Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
  • Receiving and sorting daily mail
  • Preparing meeting and training rooms
  • Preparing and mailing marketing material(s)
  • Offering administrative support across the organization

Qualifications:

  • Basic Accounting Knowledge/Bookkeeping experience preferred
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Willingness to ask questions
  • QuickBooks online, Bill.com and Paylocity experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Knowledge of Salesforce preferred
  • Payroll experience preferred, but not required
