- Serve as the primary contact for guests, embodying the company's professional image at the reception area.
- Handle incoming correspondence, ensuring proper categorization and distribution in line with company protocols.
- Assist in the procurement of office supplies and equipment for various locations.
- Support basic financial tasks, including expense processing and invoice approvals as necessary.
- Prepare and disseminate internal communications while overseeing content updates on the corporate intranet.
- Maintain an organized and efficient office atmosphere by ensuring that administrative tasks are completed accurately and promptly.
Qualifications:
- At least 4 years of experience in office management or as an executive assistant.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
- Professional demeanor with the ability to represent the organization with grace.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with office management software and systems.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Previous experience in a corporate or similar professional environment.
